Animation Not Smooth #6

I am using this animation in Android Nougat. However the animation is not smooth throughout the image.
It happens in half the image and then just jumps to complete the animation.

The animation starts from the specified LoadingView Animation effect but the scale remains 1 and in a fraction of sec it takes over !!

I am using this in Android Nougat. It occur in half of the image. but in previous android version it is working fine. Any suggestion to resolve
