After upgrading to android 11, this error happened (didn't occur on android 10), it displays Purchase simple Thank You at top of settings, with shared theme not working.

This same issue occurs with Clock and Voice Recorder, however it does not occur with Gallery, Calendar, or dialer. As for other simple apps, i dont know.

I have tried uninstall, reboot and reinstall of both the app and the thank you app. I have installed the latest version availible of each from Fdroid, stable versions.

I have a pixel 4, android 11 october update.

For example if you type "5+2" only "5" appears in input window. It would be more intuitive and more mistake-proof if all your inputs appeared on-screen in real time.

Thanks for all the effort you've put into these great applications.

I've found that when I switch away after performing a calculation, the calculator is completely reset when I switch back. This is a bit annoying and sometimes causes me to have to re-do a set of calculations, so I think this is a worthwhile usability improvement.

EDIT: I'm using the F-Droid version, if that is important.

How to replicate

1. Continuously raise a number to some power
2. Result of the operation is too big, "unknown error occurred" is displayed (result is infinite)
3. Try to use any operation after that without clearing the screen and the app crashes (fx. - 1)

Expected result Most important is that the app shouldn't crash, and instead maybe display the latest valid result

Fixes issue #202. After the division by 0, the 0 is removed and the operation stays division (does not turn to addition).

Solves issue #186. When long-pressing the minus_btn the number turns to negative (or positive). If the conversion is not allowed then the long-click is handled like a click.

Application should not allow multiple operator append. In my test, it simply allows the operators to be clicked multiple times (its ok, if you can invalidate or something and append only once within an equation and calculate before the next operator can be applied).

Now after this if I click on OK. the app crashes. (Tested on Lenovo K3 Note Device + Emulators)

Hello community! I would like to contribute to this project. I have created a function that calculates the factorial of an integer for a possible extension of the app as a scientific calculator. Please consider a merging! :)

This app is the only one of your Simple apps that doesn't use the translated app name after the installation. It just shows up as "Calculator" although the German name should be "Rechner".

I'm unsure whether this is a bug, but such behaviour may seem strange for some users.

Users can now toggle between comma/dot as the default decimal separator

currently when pressing a button the phone will vibrate once the button is released rather than vibrating on touch, this way you won't be able to feel the haptic feedback in your finger. I propose changing this to vibrate on touch for better feedback.

Space as a seperator.

In Sweden and I assume several countries the standard for displaying lets say ten thousand, 10000, by having a separation instead of a dot or a coma.

10 000 £ would be the correct way of displaying ten thousand. 10.000 £ wouldn't mean ten thousand Euros but just 10 Euros.

The option to have a space as a separator instead of a dot or a coma would be very much welcome.

Can the feature be added to show results without having to tap the = button? Other calculators I use it automatically does like: you enter 1+1 it will already show 2 on a second line.

In simple calculator you need to enter 1+1 (tap enter) 2

I had systemwide bold fonts enabled from Android 12 Accessibility settings, where you can see the difference between Simple Calculator font (1st) & Default Calculator font (2nd).
