Add horizontal scrolling

I have added horizontal scrolling support that is enabled by default and can be disabled either in XML app:scrollingEnabled="false" or in code taskProgressView.scrollingEnabled = false.

Scrolling is based on GestureDetector onScroll and onFling events. Fling animation is achieved by using the FlingAnimation class from androidx.dynamicanimation:dynamicanimation library.
